Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Details

• This D-MAX MINI GAME GIVEAWAY [“Contest”] is organized by Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. 200401026438 (664946-H) [“the Organizer”].
• The overall contest features four consecutive mini-games running from 15 June 2026 until 11 July 2026.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time.
• All entries received outside the respective Contest Periods will be automatically disqualified.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia, who are of 18 years old and above as of 1 January 2026 subject to the Rules and Regulations herein.
• The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
  • Employees of the Organizer, Isuzu Malaysia Sdn Bhd [including its affiliated and related companies] and all employees of all Authorized Isuzu Dealers.
  • Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies].

3. Contest Participation Guide & Timelines

• To participate in the Contest, you must have an active Facebook account.
• Your account must be set to permit public viewing of your photos in order for the Organizer to receive your Submission.
• By posting your entry, you acknowledge and agree that the Organizer has the right to stream your post through the Facebook API.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Facebook.

Mini Game 1: Spot The Difference Challenge

Campaign Period: 15 June 2026 to 20 June 2026, 1:00 PM.

Winner Announcement: Latest by 25 June 2026.

Mini Game 3: Pick Your Real-Life Challenge

Campaign Period: 29 June 2026 to 4 July 2026, 1:00 PM.

Winner Announcement: Latest by 9 July 2026.

Mini Game 4: Keep It Real Moment Challenge

Campaign Period: 6 July 2026 to 11 July 2026, 1:00 PM.

Winner Announcement: Latest by 16 July 2026.

How to Play:

1. FOLLOW: Must follow Isuzu D-MAX Malaysia’s Facebook Page
2. LIKE: The Mini Game 4 post.

4. Submission Requirements

• The Submission must be the submitting entrant’s original, previously unpublished work and not feature or focus on any material owned or controlled by third parties (including without limitation, third-party copyrighted material).
• The Submission must not include images that are obscene, pornographic, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
• Any entry featuring a submission that, in Organizer’s good faith judgment, violates the Submission Requirements will be disqualified.

5. Judging

• In order to participate in this Contest, each entry submitted must complete all the steps in the weekly Contest.
• Any incomplete entries will be disqualified.
• The Organizer has the absolute discretion to appoint and replace the panel of judges and experts, and the decision of the panel in the Contest is final. Appeals shall not be entertained.

6. Prizes and Redemption

• Prizes: 30 lucky winners per mini game will win exclusive Isuzu merchandise worth up to RM300.
• Notification & Response: Winners are given exactly 7 working days to respond to the winner announcement notification. Winners must provide their Name, Mobile Phone Number, IC Number and Address.
• Address Restrictions: Peti Surat (P.O. Box) addresses are not acceptable for this contest.
• Forfeiture: If winners fail to respond within the time period given, Isuzu Malaysia has the right to disqualify the winner and select another winner.
• Prize Dispatch Schedule:
  • Mini Game 1 Prizes sent out latest by 9 July 2026.
  • Mini Game 2 Prizes sent out latest by 16 July 2026.
  • Mini Game 3 Prizes sent out latest by 23 July 2026.
  • Mini Game 4 Prizes sent out latest by 30 July 2026.
• Disruptions: If any of the above processes are disrupted by unforeseen circumstances, the above dates would be adjusted accordingly.
• All prizes stated herein to be given to the winners are not exchangeable or redeemed as cash or vouchers either in part or in full.
• The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice.

7. Copyright, Intellectual Property Rights and Publicity

• The participants agree that by participating in the Contest, the ownership and usage of all information and documents related to the Isuzu pickup and inclusive of in the form of photographs, digital images, commercial and publicity shall be owned by the Organizer.
• By participating in this competition, winners have granted the Organizer the right to use the name and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purpose of advertising, trade, and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on such use.

8. General Conditions

• The Organizer is not liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, and exemplary) in the event that this site is unavailable to users for any reason, including due to computer or communications link downtime.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss caused by the failure to complete the entry.
